We sell high-quality coffee beans and related products through our website. All of our products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but is simply to confirm that we have received your order. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time and for any reason.
 

3. Prices and Availability

All prices on our website are in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website, including product descriptions, prices, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that the information on our website is free from errors or omissions.
 

4. Shipping and Distribution

Typically all products should be with you within 2-5 working days. Please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to a number of reasons including severe weather, postage strikes, holiday periods and bank holidays. Occasionally we may have a third-party item for sale in our webshop their shipping T&Cs may vary. For example When we use Everpress please note that they only produce items once a month and therefore there may be a slight delay on shipping of such items.

You must not misuse our website or products. You must not use our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of our website or products, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
